Insolvency Practitioners Register Search
Search Purpose
You may only search the register if you have a proper purpose, these include:
- checking an insolvency practitioner's status and suitability to perform insolvency duties
- obtaining information about yourself in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Searching using a firm's NZBN
Register entries for insolvency practitioners with a transitional licence may not contain the firm's NZBN so you should consider searching using the insolvency practitioner's or firm's name.
Search Tip:
To search by Insolvency Practitioner name, enter their surname, followed by a comma and their first name. Alternatively, use a wildcard character (*) followed by their first or last name, then press Enter.
